Estimator
As an estimator, your main responsibility would be to assess and estimate the costs involved in a construction project. This may include analyzing project plans and specifications, researching and obtaining cost data, and conducting site visits to gather relevant information. You would also be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor bids. Additionally, you may be involved in negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and maintaining documentation related to the estimation process. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction practices and costs are essential for this role. 3-5 years of electrical experience required.
