A critical deadline for completion of this 100,000 square foot four-story precast and masonry structure required relentless team coordination and schedule management. With a two-month delay in the notice to proceed, Lincoln Builders faced a 13-month hard completion schedule.

- A solid project approach and schedule developed by our production team with buy-in from all subcontractors
- An intensely managed schedule updated on a weekly basis, Our team continually worked to improve the schedule in spite of 100 weather days
- Installation of a temporary roof allowing the building envelope to be completed to expedite the project
- Relentless prosecution of work by the project team to deliver by the critical December 2019 deadline of the Owner’s accreditation board
