Log into the app.

Troubleshooting Tips

Clear Cache for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer:

  1. Press Simultaneosly “Ctrl + Shift + Del”
  2. When the window pops up click the “clear data”(Chrome) or “clear now”(Edge) or “ok”(Firefox) button.
  1. Press Simultaneously “Option + Command + E”
  1. Apple:
    1. Safari Apple iOS:
      1. Open your Settings app
      2. Tap Safari
      3. Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm
      4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
    2. Chrome iOS:
      1. Touch Chrome menu > Settings
      2. Touch Privacy
      3. Choose the data type you want to clear
      4. Touch Clear
      5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
  2. Android:
    1. Chrome:
      1. Touch Chrome Settings (3 dots top right)
      2. Tap “History”
      3. Tap “Clear Browsing Data”
