BIM Designer
As a BIM (Building Information Modeling) designer, your main responsibility would be to create and manage digital models of buildings and infrastructure using specialized software. This may involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop 3D models that incorporate key project data such as design specifications, materials, and spatial relationships. You would also be responsible for assessing the model's accuracy, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements, and producing detailed drawings and documentation for construction and facility management. Additionally, you may be involved in identifying and implementing BIM best practices, training team members on BIM software, and supporting the integration of BIM workflows into the project lifecycle. Strong technical skills, proficiency in BIM software tools, and a thorough understanding of architectural and engineering principles are essential for this role. 3-5 years of electrical experience required.
